most peaceful election in years? I think not.
What they call the most peaceful election in years has got a lot of police, civilians, and politicians (not to mention their relatives) killed with relation to politics.
Now that peaceful enough for you? Well, I think that they meant peaceful in terms of no bombing in the metro, or bomb threats whatsoever, but it still is very bloody.
Another reminder for me not to go into the extremely deadly world of politics, where even if you avoided being killed by one, you will still end up dead.
