Balut: Fermented Duck Eggs

Either they are grossed out by the hairy black chick inside or they just are not into exotic food. Exotic to other nations, in that case. What I know is that they are missing out on a lot: protein, experience, sipping the hot and tasty broth from the shell, etc.
Well, if it’s the chick they don’t want, why not try the penoy instead?
